Racial Reckoning and the State of the Judiciary

The challenges and events of 2020 have followed our judicial system into 2021. From responding to the COVID-19 pandemic to facing a national reckoning that spotlighted the racial injustice within our legal system, courts have had to change the way they accomplish their work and deliver open, fair, and equal justice to the people in Washington State. Chief Justice Steven C. González will speak about the racial reckoning facing our country and the state of the judiciary as it continues to recover from the pandemic.
