Do You Have Any Musical Instruments to Donate to Students in Need?

Music4Life is a non-profit and project of Rotary District 5030 that distributes musical instruments to public school students in need.

We welcome any gently used musical instruments you wish to donate. They can be delivered directly to these local music stores that are now open: American Music in  Phinney  Ridge and Kennelly Keys Music in Bellevue, Lynnwood, and Everett.

Please accompany your instrument with the PDF donation form, linked below.

Contact Marli Iverson at marli.iverson@comcast.net

July 14th Meeting
The Westin Hotel Seattle

If you haven't already RSVP'd previously or through the poll at Wednesday's meeting, please
if you intend to attend in person.

Safety protocols we have put in place to make sure everyone feels comfortable:
  • Meetings are open to members and guests. Please RSVP and state that you have been fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
  • Our meeting location has multiple entrances and means of access to the banquet room including escalators and elevators.
  • For those needing to pay for lunch, we will provide the option to prepay online to avoid congestion in the lobby.
  • The banquet staff will arrange tables and seating in accordance with regional health guidelines and best practices and we will follow state-mandated protocols at that time.
  • Extra seating will be set so reserving seats on either side is an option if you need extra space.
  • Color-coded wristbands will be available for each member and guest to indicate their comfort level with social greetings and conversation.  These bands can be worn with the nametag or on the wrist.
    • red for those who would like to maintain a healthy distance from other attendees;
    • yellow for those who are ok with fist or elbow bump for contact;
    • green for those who are "huggers" and ready for interaction with vaccinated guests.
How would you like to become a ‘Mic Handler’? Yes, as we come back together for real-live meetings, we will also go back to having a roving mic to help members ask questions of our guest speakers each week. If you would like to become a member of this elite group, please reach out to Ken Grant at KensIsland@yahoo.com

SEE YOU SOON!
