Representing over 1.6 million square feet of office space.

Passing all four qualifying CPA exams on the first try.

Raising money to support those with developmental disabilities find employment.

These are just a few of the impressive achievements of David Greenwood, our newest Rotary 4 member – a Young Rotary Leader in the Real Estate, Commercial Office Leasing classification.

Born in California and raised on Bainbridge Island, he graduated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship. A licensed CPA, he has worked at Deloitte and Touche and First Commercial Property Group. David joined the Broderick Group in 2018 as an Associate and continues there today.

David is values-oriented and clearly committed to finding ways to meaningfully serve his community. He has been an assistant coach for North Seattle Little League and joined Rotary because he wants to keep giving back, indicating that he is very interested in service-oriented opportunities such as the Boys and Girls Clubs and the Business Mentors Program.

I have enjoyed getting to know him – and you will too. As you do, here are few things you can bond with him on:
  • Hiking
  • International Travel
  • Corgis
  • Bird Whistles
  • Golf
  • Trying New Beers
  • Classic Rock and Roll
A hearty thanks to his sponsor, Mark Davis, for introducing David to Rotary 4.

Welcome, David!
