As the new President and CEO of the Seattle Metro Chamber of Commerce, Rachel brings 15 years of government affairs, policy, operations, and advocacy experience, including serving as Deputy County Executive and Chief of Staff to King County Executive Dow Constantine, to this critical role of overseeing our region's business industry.  Just as importantly, Rachel brings a pragmatic approach to rebuilding the region's economy to be nationally competitive while grounded in the core values of equity and inclusion.
